No. Packs are one-time purchases with no renewal, and purchased credits never expire. Prices are in USD; eligible Stripe checkouts offer local currency. Check the available payment methods and total before paying.
How long does Fancy Cafe AI take? Can I leave the page?
Processing times vary, with no guaranteed deadline. Wait for submission confirmation before leaving. Closing the page does not cancel a task; there is no cancel button. On return, select “Check video status”. Contact Support if it stays unresolved; don’t rely on email notifications.
What if generation fails or my connection drops?
Confirmed failed or canceled tasks return their credits. A lost connection does not mean failure: check the task’s status before retrying. For missing credits or downloads, send Support the task reference and error. Credit returns are not cash refunds.
Can I redo a result or request a refund?
Each new generation uses credits. Disliking a completed result does not automatically return them. Try another portrait in the free AI preview, or contact Support about quality and refunds. Your consumer rights still apply.
Can I change the Fancy Cafe scene, length or dialogue?
The preset keeps its story, 21-second length and vertical framing. Choose your cast and quality; changing either after generation requires a new paid task. Add captions, trim or replace audio in your own editor.
